Transplant

Today we came home from our five-day stay at the hospital for chemo round 2A (or round 3) and were shortly surprised with maybe the best email I’ve ever read in my life.

While we weren’t expecting to hear any updates until next week, we JUST got the most amazing news that (provided that the donor clears) the donor collection is set up for June 28, and we will be getting our transplant on June 29 (AKA 26 days from now)!!!!!!

With today being only day 5 of this chemo round, we still have multiple appointments and more outpatient chemo days ahead of us through next week but we could not be more thrilled for the near future!
